1. Data controller

2. What data we collect and why
- Contact form: first name, email, phone number, message content. Purpose: responding to inquiries, establishing contact. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps) or (a) (consent).
- Analytics (Google Analytics 4): anonymous traffic data (browser, country, visit time). Purpose: traffic analysis and site optimisation. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent via cookie banner).
- Mediation and negotiation data: data necessary to handle the case, provided by the parties or the court. Processed solely for the purposes of the mediation or negotiation and destroyed after the proceedings end (with the exceptions described in section 3). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
3. Retention periods
Contact inquiries: 12 months. Mediation: case documentation is destroyed after the proceedings end; only the outcome (settlement / protocol) is retained for 5 years. Negotiation: documentation is handed over to the client after the proceedings end, and any copies remaining in the office are destroyed.
4. Data recipients
Hosting provider Zenbox sp. z o.o. (Poland, EU) and Google LLC for Google Analytics 4 statistics (USA, under Standard Contractual Clauses). We do not sell or share data with parties unrelated to service delivery.
5. Your rights
- Access – you may request a copy of the data we process.
- Rectification – you may request correction of inaccurate data.
- Erasure – you may request deletion of data in cases defined by GDPR.
- Restriction – you may request restriction of processing.
- Objection – you may object to processing.
- Data portability – you have the right to receive data in a machine-readable format.
- Complaint to UODO – you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl).
